Bay’s Kitchen produce award-winning, Low FODMAP, Gluten-Free, convenient, great tasting foods. Our founder, Bay Burdett, was diagnosed with IBS in 2015, after years of suffering IBS symptoms and was advised to follow a Low FODMAP Diet. It requires you to eliminate foods high in FODMAPs, which can be naturally found in foods as well as in additives. Bay soon realised there were few convenient, good tasting Low FODMAP foods available and having found out that now nearly 20% of the world population are diagnosed with IBS, she knew she couldn’t be the only one looking for the foods which don’t contain hard-to-digest ingredients, such as onion and garlic.

The range has started with stir-in sauces, but we are currently developing Low FODMAP gravies, stocks, soups and chutneys to extend our range. Our range are all Low FODMAP and Gluten-Free certified and all the sauces are vegan approved and therefore our brand would be an excellent fit for Free From, Health & Wellbeing and specialist diet categories.
