Nestled in a beautiful valley, Callestick Farm is just moments away from the dramatic North Cornwall coastline which has been lovingly farmed by us the Parker family since 1953. We have been making ice cream at Callestick Farm since 1989 creating a solid reputation over 30 years for exceptional quality, unrivalled service and downright delicious products.

We only use free range milk from our own grass fed herd of 380 Jersey x Friesian cows that graze naturally here on our 650 acres of farmland in the heart of Cornwall.

Our award winning ice cream is expertly made using this fresh whole milk and the finest confectionary and fruits. We like to keep things as local as possible, with even our fresh water sorbets made using our farms own natural spring. Our large selection of 50+ flavours come in a great range of sizes for retail, catering and scooping customers.

We recently won the Chefs Choice 2019 Award for our Clotted Cream Ice Cream with Bourbon Bean Vanilla Ice cream. An amazing achievement and a delicious flavour to have in your retail or catering freezer to accompany many desserts!
