About company

After years of development between Chatsworth and Peak Ales, we’re extremely proud to present our small batch Chatsworth Gin. Distilled in a converted barn on the Chatsworth Estate just a mile away from where the key botanicals are grown.

Selected botanicals from the Chatsworth garden & greenhouse have been used in the creation of this classic London Dry Gin. The infusion of Chatsworth lemons, lemongrass and lemon verbena produce a crisp citrus character which is complemented by the herbal notes of the banana leaf. The connection between Chatsworth and the Cavendish banana is integral, and we believe the addition of banana leaf, as a botanical, is unique. We hope you agree that the blend is a great success.

Chatsworth House is a stately home in Derbyshire, England. The seat of the Duke of Devonshire, it has been home to the Cavendish family since 1549. Standing on the east bank of the River Derwent, it looks across to the low hills between the Derwent and Wye valleys. The house is set in expansive parkland and backed by wooded, rocky hills rising to heather moorland. It contains major collections of paintings, furniture, Old Master drawings, neoclassical sculptures, books and other artefacts. Chatsworth has been chosen as Britain’s favourite country house several times.
