About company

The Boutique Distillery Ltd is an Eco-Craft Distillery based in Gloucestershire, United Kingdom.

We are the only distillery in the UK to build our own unique copper stills on site from up cycled materials which are powered by 100% renewable energy from both wind and solar to reduce our carbon footprint.

I was building stills and making Rum and Whiskey some 30 years ago whilst growing up in New Zealand before relocating to the UK 20 years ago.  Currently we are making a very good fine Cotswold Dry Gin and have a Pink Gin launching in time for Summer 2020.  We will also be producing Rum and Whiskey in due course as well as Bitters for mixologists and a non-alcoholic distillate version of our Gin.

Our 45%abv (90 proof) Gin uses the finest sustainable botanicals which are mostly sourced locally and some of the rarer ones are even grown here on site at the distillery.

Our spirits are tempered using the purest spring water which we source ourselves from the nearby Malvern Hills, the very same water Queen Elizabeth II takes with her whiskey.

We are both SALSA and Happerley certified and have just placed in the Midcounties Co-Op Competition meaning that we will be stocking Co-Op supermarkets here in the United Kingdom.

Our products are attractively packaged for eye catching shelf presence and are stocked at high end cocktail bars, hotels and venues across London the Cotswolds and the United Kingdom.
