About company

The Woolf’s Kitchen is a brand of spicy sauces and moreish nuts for flavour hunters who believe that every meal or snack should be an adventure.

Inspired by the vibrant sauces her Thai auntie used to make, founder Dominique Woolf decided to
create her own, and The Woolf’s Kitchen was born. The result is a range of hot, sweet and tangy sauces that bring fierce, feisty flavour to every meal.

A Leiths-trained food writer and mum of three, Dominique launched the business during lockdown
with her kids, aka Team Woolf, accompanying her on deliveries and even to meetings.

The Woolf’s Kitchen has already built up a loyal following, with one customer stating that the Tamarind Ketchup was ‘the best thing I have ever tasted…so good that I want to stop folk in the street and tell them about it…’

Woolf Bites is the latest addition to the pack – a range of sweet, sticky, spicy, smoky nuts that have already received rave reviews from clients – ‘by far the best packaged nuts I’ve tried’ and ‘stand-out good’.
